Git Manager broker
This server exists so Git Manager can connect to Bitbucket without shipping an OAuth secret inside the application. It holds the application's identity, never anybody's account.
It stores no user tokens. During a connection a credential passes through for at most a few minutes and is handed over once, to the installation that started it.
